    Hi dear @johnbillion , @scompt ,

Two weeks ago and precisely on November 26, 2020 the latest and most updated official stable version of PHP 8.0.x was released while 1 day ago and precisely on November 8, 2020 the latest and most updated official and stable version was released of WordPress 5.6.x which supports the new version of PHP 8.0.x .

I wanted to ask you the following question:

When you make your “WP Crontrol” plugin compatible with the latest and most updated official stable version of PHP 8.0.x , you have an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) ?

Thanks in advance for the support.

It works fine, I’ve just not had a need to update the plugin for a while.

    Hi dear @johnbillion , @scompt ,

Sorry for insisting, but my question is not whether your plugin works fine or not, your answer does not at all satisfy my specific request and for me this topic is not solved at all, as it should be.

My question is very specific and clear:

Is your plugin fully compatible with PHP version 8.0.x , or not ?

Specifically and just to be clearer, for example, in your plugin, all the deprecated functions in PHP version 8.0.x have been removed and / or updated in order to be compatible with PHP version 8.0.x etc., etc., ?

Thanks in advance for the support.

Your response does not at all satisfy me, either.

    Hi dear @johnbillion ,

Congratulations, for your kindness and for your umpteenth non-response, so now you keep him company and two of us are not satisfied.

I’m sorry that you may have felt attacked, but I assure you that this is not the case, then if you believe that you have been wronged by treason, this is not up to me, you know what they say, asking is legitimate, answering is courtesy, but you not only did not want to answer for the second time, but you were not even polite and / or courteous.

Then, if for the benefit of all those who use and have installed your plugin which is over 100,000+ installations, you want to answer, you would like it, also because I don’t know who to ask other than the developers / contributors of this plugin that you are @johnbillion , @scompt .

I understand that you are a WordPress Core Developer but this does not authorize you to be rude and not to answer a clear, simple and easy easy question:

Is your plugin fully compatible with PHP version 8.0.x , or not ?

Specifically and just to be clearer, for example, in your plugin, all the deprecated functions in PHP version 8.0.x have been removed and / or updated in order to be compatible with PHP version 8.0.x etc., etc., ?

Obviously this topic is not solved at all, as it should be !!!

However, I hope for your kind and complete response.

Then if you do not want to answer, no problem, anyone who will read this topic, will freely make his idea and will draw the appropriate conclusions.

For my part, if I do not receive a courteous and complete response, it means that I will find an alternative to your plugin because obviously there are, after all the world is beautiful because it is varied and there is always a solution to everything, in fact we are all important but no one is indispensable, without any exception.

Thanks in advance for the support.

Dude, what on earth are you going on about? I literally answered your question in the first three words of my first reply.
