PHP 8.0 Deprecate required parameters after optional parameters in function

Hi, after update PHP to 8.0 on our server, we have the Deprecate notice:

Deprecated: Required parameter $in_footer follows optional parameter $css_code in (…)/public_html/wp-content/plugins/editorplus/includes/class-editorplus-styles-manager.php on line 174

This line is below:

public function merge_global_styles($css_code = ”, $in_footer)

We use the latest version of course. It seems very simple isse. Could you fix it in the next release?
