PHP 7.1 Compatibility

  • Hello,

    When testing the Pardot plugin with PHP 7.1, I am presented with the following issues:

    • Function mcrypt_get_iv_size() is deprecated
    • Function mcrypt_create_iv() is deprecated
    • Function mcrypt_decrypt() is deprecated

    Are there [near] future plans to replace these functions?

    Thanks for reaching out. We’ll be sure to log this and look at strategies to replace those functions with equivalents ??

    I can’t commit to a specific timeline for this work, but I’ve attached the URL of this thread to our internal bug report so we can update you once a fix is ready.
