PHP 5.3 update to 5.4 … my business site is down !

    Hi – I would appreciate your best assistance with this situation. My website is down (only way to get in the back is thru my GoDaddy account right now.) My Ignition theme is a mess! I had inserted screen shots however they don’t show up here. Apparently there would be a conflict between the ZenCache new version and WordPress version.

    THERE IS A NOTICE ON THE BACK-END OF WSITE TO UPGRADE ZENCACHE TO 5.4
    1. The notice shows up on every back-end page of my website.
    2. I called my host GoDaddy to take care of this.
    3. I made them aware of the ZenCache notice.
    4. GoDaddy offered me to migrate to their new Word Press Server (Manage WordPress).
    5. I was transferred to the migration department. They informed me that their WordPress server (Manage WordPress) had the PHP version 5.4.
    6. They started the migration while I was on the phone with the migration department. We started the process.
    7. I was then asked to watch their email for when the migration was done and call them back to redirect my domain (louisegrogan.com).
    8. The migration blocked. THE NOTICE ON MY DASHBOARD SAYS:

    It looks like you may have changed your domain. Is https://www.louisegrogan.com still your site’s domain, or have you updated it to https://c99.a1a.myftpupload.com ?
    https://www.louisegrogan.com is now my domain.|https://c99.a1a.myftpupload.com is still my domain.

    9. I have WP version WordPress 4.4 Beta 4 November 12, 2015. I uploaded it 2 days ago.

    10. The notice under number 8 above is what GoDaddy sees when they access my Dashboard. The database of my website reads that there is an issue about with WordPress not being updated to its latest version.

    The only way I can access my website right now is through my GoDaddy account under the tab “All Hosting Accounts” and hit “Manage”. The layout of my website is a mess, boxes from the side bar have moved at the bottom of my website and duplicate themselves.
