Photostream Error

I have been trying to add a photo stream from Flickr to the site and continue to get the following error:
Error fetching Flickr photos: A feed could not be found at https://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?lang=en-us&format=feed-rss_200&id=cubscoutpack603&tags=campfallingrockwinter2014&per_page=10. A feed with an invalid mime type may fall victim to this error, or SimplePie was unable to auto-discover it.. Use force_feed() if you are certain this URL is a real feed.
The tag is correct and this is the shortcode to pull in the images:
[slickr-flickr tag=”campfallingrockwinter2014″ items=”10″ type=”slideshow” orientation=”portrait” size=”medium” start=”random”]
Have no idea why the feed is not working. Thoughts???
