Since the last update the plugin is not displaying at all (see attached page, there should be one sphere there)

    Here is the shortcode used:

    [sps_img img_id=”278″ caption=”Bedroom, looking towards fore”]

  • Just a guess: Perhaps you need to change the typographical quotation marks to normal ones.

Pls, make a sreenshot from page editor (source code).

@anchises that seems to not be the case, I’m certain it’s the correct quotation marks.

@snagysandor Please find the screenshot at this link: https://imgur.com/D12ts3x It’s just a simple test page which worked perfectly before the update(that’s the only thing that I can see has changed)

Note: The wp.com image address indicates you’re using the Jetpack CDN to “accelerate” images. Try disabling that. See https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/

Thank you all for your replies.

@sterndata I tried disabling Jetpack and reuploading the images but no change.

@snagysandor I’m unsure what you mean, as per your documentation I am using the Image ID as provided in the wordpress media library manager. I tried using the direct image link using the below shortcode

    [sps_img img_id="https://seas[.......]/CCBC-POLARIS-25-1.jpg" caption="Bedroom, looking towards fore"]

I checked the demo page for the source code and it seems to be missing a setting.
Have a new field in the new version on setting page. Please adjust viewport height (recommended value: 80).

In the new version the full screen function has been fixed. ??
