Photos rotate in opposite direction

Hello,

I am trying to set a demo for my client to see for him to decide if he wants to use this on his site. For simplicity, I just used the photos of the camera on one of your demos. However, when I drag across the image to the right, instead of rotating to the right like on your demos, it rotates in the opposite direction. Is there a setting for this?
