    Is there a way to receive notifications for photos uploaded for the profile, the cover, posts or the wall?

    Hi, that depends on the system used, how those images are added, and where they’re stored. Currently we’re not integrated with any of such systems, but you can create a custom trigger to listen for those uploads.
