Photos Not up loading

  • I took my aunts website to help her out “Candlesbytina.com” If you go to the “shop” page. None of the items are there and it shows no pictures. How do I add Pictures. And when I do add pictures, it says “error occurred in upload. try again later”. All the current photos in the media tab are all blank pieces of paper with a dog eared tip. Can I download the pictures from the website to edit them? Im on a different computer that she used if that matters.

    It looks like your aunt’s site is using the WooCommerce plugin. In my research it looks like there have been issues with product images not displaying.

    I can confirm that the links to the images are actually there. They’re simply not displaying.

    With respect to your image upload issues I would recommend trying to access the site in a private browsing mode in Google Chrome. The keyboard shortcut for this is CTRL+SHIFT+N.
