Thanks for the screenshot, the block you are referring to is not related to the plugin. It’s the post navigation that comes with your theme.

You can probably disable that in your theme settings page ( or in customizer ) but if you can’t you can hide it using the CSS below

nav.navigation.post-navigation {
    display: none;
}
