    We’re not having any issues on our end that would cause this issue (photos appear properly on all customer sites currently). Thus, that tells us the issue you are experiencing is most likely environmental.

    It could be the specific theme you are using, another plugin, or even potentially your hosting environment.

    Have you made any recent changes?

    – Downloaded / activated a new plugin?
    – UPDATED an existing plugin to a new version? (not ours… but other plugins)
    – Changed the theme?
    – Updated the theme to a new version?
    – Changed hosts?

    I see our Support Team already responded to the email you sent in. I’d agree that you’ll need to perform these tests (try a different theme / deactivate all other plugins) to help narrow down where the issue is occurring.

    Let us know how these tests go. Hopefully you’ll be able to quickly narrow down the issue.
