Photos in field type ‘rich text’

    Dear Roland,

    I have a problem with Rich Text. When I upload a photo, it appears twice in the rich text. But I only upload it once. I’ve been desperately trying to solve the problem, but I can’t. I didn’t find an answer either in this forum here.

    The html-code für the photo “AMEI” is:

    <img src="https://bkhev.de/wp-content/uploads/...jpg" width="250" align="center" alt="" />

    I don’t know why it is doing that, this is working normally in my tests here. It may have something to do with a speed optimization or “lazy loading” plugin, which can change the way images are loaded on the page.

    Hello Roland,

    thank you very much for your helpful advice. If I deactivate the plugin “Speed Optimizer” (Site Ground), the picture only appears once. This is the solution.

    I will now think about whether I really need the plugin or if I can change something in the settings.
