Photos in disorderly fashion

I have several pages I created and have uploaded several pictures related to the titles and text therein. Problem is that the photos are in alignment if I use 2 or 3 then the next is about 1/4 inch lower hen the next the same. Then the text starts on the right side of them. I want all the photos to be in line and the text to start below .
The setting I am using for the “Pages” is ‘full width’.
Do I have to add a ‘placeholder ‘ to put the pictures in? If I do where is it?
