    Hi,
I got an email at 11 this morning that Jetpack had automatically updated. Also this morning, all my photos disappeared. I went into Jetpack and turned off “enable site accelerator” and “enable lazy loading for images” since those had to do with images, but am still not seeing any of my post images on desktop.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@jenryland Thanks for reaching out. If you turned off Jetpack’s Site Accelerator tools and the photos still didn’t come back, you probably had a browser cache or a caching plugin caching that old image URL information.

I just checked out your site and I’m seeing your images just fine, so it looks like it may have been a hiccup: screenshot https://d.pr/i/yNWqq0

Let us know if you’re still having trouble and we’ll be happy to help.

They eventually did come back, thanks. I would love to try to turn site accelerator back on. If my host uses Cloudflare can/should I also use site accelerator? Thanks so much!

    Hi @jenryland,

Cloudflare and our Site Accelerator service should be compatible with each other.
Jetpack’s Site Accelerator is a lot more than a CDN — also resizes and optimizes your images so they’re served in the best possible format, depending on the kind of device your site is being browsed on.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
