Photos are not displayed after NextGen update

  • Just got my blog moved into flothemes theme and Nextgen wasn’t functioning properly so I updated it to the latest version and now all my previous blog posts show no photos!!! Just empty rectangulars with file names. It’s nearly 300 posts and 300 galleries!
    I read that it’s not safe to do rollback to the previous version because all galleries will be deleted. now have no idea what to do! Flothemes support won’t help because it’s 3rd party plug in.
    Can someone advise me how to solve this?

    @photoieva – I’m not really sure what you mean by “got my blog moved into flothemes theme” but I would suggest see what happens if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme to help eliminate the possibility of a theme conflict.

    Otherwise, try clearing the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous and/or the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options
