    Hey All,
I’ve been running my photoblog for about a month now and I’m using the great PhotoQ plugin to quickly add pictures and display the EXIF info. Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t allow too much control over the description – if you want to add links or more images to the post, you have to do it after you publish the post. My workflow is generally to create a post with PhotoQ, publish it, quickly edit it, and add links and pictures. The problem is that other than adding links or changes into the existing description text, PhotoQ likes to rip other things out of the posts when I hit update. I especially want to be able to add a jump and post more text and another photo underneath. The second one doesn’t need EXIF or anything, so I’m ok with PhotoQ not seeing it, but I need to know if there is a way to do this. Do I need to include some PhotoQ specific tags in order for it to not delete it?

    Thanks in advance!

  • I am also looking for the solution to this problem, and others. I just want to custom format the contents of my posts which photoQ creates – without having to re-theme for that category of post! simple enough.

For what it’s worth, I gave up on this a while back. I’m using ExZo instead, which does mostly what I need (different problems over there).

the lastest photoq versions allow for custom formatting of post content.

and please, if you have photoq related questions, suggestions, look for help on the photoq forum first, i just can’t keep track of multiple forums. thanks.
