Photopress Perma not working

  • I have selected to use the perma links with the Photopress wordpress login.
    Now when I go to an image, it does not show up, I get an error 404 rather then my image.
    When I check my .htaccess I only see the rewrite rules made by wordpress and no rewrite rules of photopress entered and in the readme could not find the rewrite rules.

    Can somebody help me either by getting me the rewrite rules for the .htaccess or telling me where I can alter code or something to do make it work.
