• Hia.

Just recently started using WordPress and still learning alot by myself. But I have ran into a problem I can?t solve.

It’s regarding the theme PhotonWP if someone has given it a try?
My problem is, the theme comes with a “about” menu that I can’t get rid off.

The premade “about” states :This is an example of a WordPress page, you could edit this to put information about yourself or your site so readers know where you are coming from. You can create as many pages like this one or sub-pages as you like and manage all of your content inside of WordPress.”

So I made a new page inside wordpress that would be the new “About” where I could insert information etc. But I still have the old “About” which isnt a page.

So how did you guys solve this or have any idea how to do it?

    Regards,
    Christoffer

  • in the admin section, you will see a section called ‘pages’ click it, you will see the about page that is created when you install WordPress, delete it and create your new pages.

Thanks for such a quick response Pross, realy nice of you.
I thought I had checked it, even double checked it but I’m still new to WordPress. I will post back an answear as soon as I have checked it out.

Thank you very much once again.

It’s now sorted and it was just like you said Pross. Must have been staring myself blind to not be able to see it. Thought it was embeded into some other file. Thanks alot ??
