photonic: Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Getting the following error in the Console with AO switched on for JS optimization:

photonic-featherlight.min.js:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
at photonic-featherlight.min.js:2:105131
at photonic-featherlight.min.js:2:108538

I’ve followed the advice in the topic:

and added the following in the exclusion list
js/jquery/jquery.min.js,js/jquery/jquery.js
but getting the same error
