My Photonic Flickr galleries work just fine when viewed on desktop, as photos are nicely displayed three per row, but when viewed by cell phone visitors and email subscribers, the gallery shows just one photo per row, which makes the gallery impractical, odd-looking and not user-friendly, as viewers have to scroll down too much. Is it possible to make the gallery show three photos per row to cell phone users, just as it shows to desktop users?

I’m using the NewsPlus WordPress theme.

Photonic respects whatever your theme does with your layout, if you are using the “auto” option for columns, and to be honest, I am curious as to why you would want tiny thumbnails on a small screen.

That being said, you can fix the number of thumbnails per row, as per the first example on this page. If you constrain the number of photos per row by fixing the number of thumbnails instead of fixing the padding around thumbnails, that will give you the desired layout.

    Dear Sayontan Sinha,

Thank you so much for your quick and to-the-point response. I’ve managed to fix the issue! It looks much better now. The thumbnails are pretty much the same size as before, while now I have three in a row instead of one, which makes the gallery much more efficient and user-friendly.

I’m so happy that I managed to solve this quickly, thanks to your help!

    Kind regards,

    Marija
