    Hi,
Congratulations on the Photonic plugin, I use it on several websites as well ??
    I have two questions.
    1. For Flickr gallery, ‘X photos’ will appear. Where can I rewrite the word ‘photos’? (I would like it to appear in Hungarian.) Image
    2. Are you planning an ecommerce extension? I want to sell my photos and am looking for some solution.
Thank you, I wish you a good job!
    Zoli, from Hungary

While this is possible, this needs a translation of the theme’s strings. Translations are contributed by volunteers, and so far I only have a full translation for Spanish.

There are various ways to handle the translation, if you don’t want to do the full theme. You could go to the link above, click on Hungarian, and add the translations for the specific strings you want to translate. Then, you can scroll to the bottom of the translation page, click “Export”, and export the file as a “Machine Object Message Catalog (.mo)”. You can then put the file in your wp-content/plugins folder as photonic-hu_HU.mo.

I think that should work, but I am not an expert in the field of translations.

I am not planning to do so currently. Basically Photonic lets users show the photos from anyone’s albums (even other users’ photos). This means that if I add ecommerce capabilities, another person might be able to sell your photos.

I want to avoid getting into that situation, so if I decide to build ecommerce capabilities, I will have to think through this quite elaborately.
