I have a test and development version of my blog on localhost. It’s often necessary to import onto localhost (on PhpMyAdmin) the latest database backup of the online blog. Last time I did it, Photon started to mess with images on localhost.

Photon activated on my blog and works fine, but on localhost is messing my images (they don’t load). Deactivate Photon on Jetpack configurations doesn’t work on localhost, all images keep not loading.

How to get rid of Photon on localhost, so images load again?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

We do not support Jetpack in local environments at the moment. We plan on adding support in a future version of the plugin, but until then I’m afraid I may not able to help.

You might want to review your loca environment settings though, to make sure that Photon isn’t used on your local installation. You can read more about it here:
