Photon and Ultimate Member – Error upload image

    Hello, how are you?

    How do I use Photon together with the Ultimate Member plugin? Is there a way to disable Photon for Ultimate Member only?

    Well, when the member tries to upload the profile photo an error occurs, it is as if the member had not done anything. Maybe this is because Ultimate Member uses another FTP folder for uploads (wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember).

    Can you help me?

  • Hi there,

    Can you let me know the exact erro being thrown when members try to upload a photo? Photon shouldn’t have any conflicts with different upload locations so the conflict may be elsewhere.

    Hello Friend,

    Thanks for your help! Well, you just “confirmed” that there would be no conflict I started to investigate plugins that could be causing the problem. I had investigated before but had not been successful. And now, after a few months and with your confirmation, I discovered that the Lazy Load plugin was causing all the error.
