photolog upload path :-(

Hope you can help – I’ve just installed Photolog however when asked to edit the post.php file to point to the path to the upload dir I originally typed in the wrong path.
Despite amending the file and republishing whenever I try and post an image an error message pops up detailing my amended path then original (wrong) path in bold – No such file or directory in /home/andyholt/public_html/photolog/wp-admin/post.php on line 191
Do I need to re-install?
