Photograph Gallery

I know they are various photograph galleries but I am looking for a plugin where anyone visiting my blog can upload photographs, which are then displayed on a gallery.

The user would choose which category the photograph was relating to and it would appear in that category within the gallery. Photographs would be moderated before submitted to the gallery to ensure that no rogue photographs were uploaded.

Is there anything out there that could do that?
