photocrati verify your account page not found error

  • we are using ngg and all of a sudden this “photocrati” is showing up with 26 updates, then asking to verify the account. but clicking the link brings up an error.

    why is this showing up and how do I clear the updates? we are NOT using photocrati theme, and the gallery itself doesn’t show that it needs updating.

    Why wouldn’t the updates show up in the plugin rather than this weird separate notification? I have the latest version and there are no updates that I can see. it looks like a hack.

    also – finding support on the new site is ridiculously hard. I’ve found a separate login but now my password doesn’t work.

    can you just answer the question – if I already have the latest version, why am I getting notified of all these options?
