Photocrati updates

In my Updates window, I see a message saying Photocrati has 14 updates. When I click on it it says, “An update is available.
In order to update, we need to confirm that you are still an active member. You’ll be redirected to our site, prompted for the email address you used during purchase, and returned here for the update. This is part of a new update mechanism, and you’ll only need to do it once. Start confirmation”

I click, and it takes me to a page that doesn’t exist (https://members.photocrati.com/retrieve-license/?pcprd=cGhvdG9jcmF0aS1uZXh0Z2VuLXBsdXM&pclst=aHR0cDovL3RvZGRkYXdzb25kZXNpZ24uY29tL3Rlc3QvdGRkLXVkZXNpZ24vd3AtYWRtaW4v)

I know I had this problem before, but I can’t recall how I dealt with it.
