Photocrati not working

  • I installed Photocrati on a new WordPress site, it installed and I activated the Photocrati theme.
    When I go into “Choose theme” it wont select a new theme and when i click on “Create default pages” nothing happens.

    Also when I click on update Photocrati nothing happens at all.
    I installed Photocrati 4.3

    When I go into Customize Theme nothing happens when I click on Global, Header, Body or anything like that.

    Nothing else is installed as this is a brand new site, except for Jetpack 4.2.4

  • Presuming you uploaded it from a zip file on your PC, I’d delete the theme from the site and re-install it.

    If that doesn’t work, I contact the theme’s sellers on their members site

    I already re-installed and still the same issue.

    When i go to support I get this :

    Your Link Expired:
    Please contact Support if you need assistance.

    Then sorry you’ll need to contact the procrati’s site support.

    You paid for this theme, so they should be able to get it to work for you !

    I bought the theme just over a year ago and apparently they only give support for 1 year, after that you are on your own … not impressed !!

    Unfortunately, we don’t have access to commercial themes so really have no way at all to help with a theme-specific problem, sorry.

    Have you tried it without JetPack?
