photocrati gallery error

hi i need someone’s help. I have been looking into this for 2 days now. I have photocrati 4.1 and i inserted the picture gallery with 8 images into a filmstrip setting. The problem that i have is that the picture stays the same. The first picture of the 8 doesn’t transfer even if i click the next button for the next picture.

What could be the problem here? I tried resizing the image but still it has no effect. Also i see a code on the bottom its like “-/8” does it mean that my 8 images are invalid? If it is why can i see its thumbnails but not click it?

Please let me know if you guys know the solution here.
