    hi

    I am using Ultimate Member 1.3.88 on my website and it has been working perfectly.
    A few days ago the photo uploading stopped working.

    As I did not change anything on the website, no new plugins, no updates, upgrades, nothing, can someone suggest a solution ?

    So when I click on profile photo or cover photo the window comes up and I am able to choose a file to upload, the loading bar is working fine but the APPLY button REMAINS inactive, only CANCEL button is active.

    Are you sure you are in 1.3.88 ?

    Got EXACTLY the same error since the last update 2.0.22.

    The progress bar is finished but nothing is done and got a big error in the navigator’s console.

    yes i am using the old one , there is no any error here, the progress bar is finished but the apply button doesnt become ACTIVE so it is not clickable. Maybe it is hosting issue ? server settings ?

    server settings were the problem… a virus infected some folders so mod_security has been changed and that blocked the photo upload

    Can anyone please tell how this can be solved exactly! thanks in advance.

    Hi @walledmahmoud,

    Please make sure to install the latest 2.0.23 version of the plugin and purge your temp files in Ultimate member -> Dashboard. Contact your host support and ask them to disable mod_security.
