If you upload a video or add an audio to a photo, the extension in the db is set to xxx. This way wppa knows that it is a multimedia entry rather than a photo. You did not enable audio and or video, and currently the photos with the ids you show in the link display correctly. Did you change the xxx’s to jpg’s in the db?

    Hi jacob.

I ended up changing the xxx extensions to jpeg in the db which fix’s the missing images in the gallery.

User upload for audio and video is turned off in the settings.

    Regards

    Joe

I verified that it is not a single user making jokes on the site, it also does not look to be caused by a possible concurrency issue, so i will have to go into the code.
There are several places ( e.q. when a photo is uploaded over an existing audio file, or as posterfile for a video ) where wppa decides to change the extension to xxx. I will look into it and possibly add some diagnostics there to see what is going on.
In the mean time, can you inspect the server error log at the times the photos were uploaded ( see the album admin -> edit -> edit photo information screen ) for strange errors? And, please continue monitoring xxx extensions.
    To be continued

Got it! Will be fixed in the next version. For the time being: Tick Table VII-D7: Avoid duplicates.

Fixed 6.4.16, released a few minutes ago. You still have a few xxx’s to fix, i think.
