photo upload in wp 3.0

    Hello

    I have three sub domain and in one of them I can uploade photo but can only insert it in the post( article) In the featured it comming part of title instead for photo. In the other sub d and the main d I can not uploade the photo. It koming up the folowing message.

    The uploaded file could not be moved to /hsphere/local/home/e/exemple.com/wp-content/uploads.

    Please help me
