Photo Upload crashing FireFox

happening to me to. I’ll disable gears for now, but can someone at wordpress let us know when this is resolved?

this thread says resolved, but disabling gears is not “resolve” its a work around, please advise when someone finds a real resolution. Thanks!

I agree with thepatrickclan. Though it is possible that the issue was resolved with the recent update – or internally at Google.

I say this because I just re-installed and enabled Gears for my site and though I haven’t done any extensive tests, everything seems to be working.

Of course it worked fine before, ’til the day we all woke up to the fact that it had stopped.

Has this been addressed by anyone from WP? I suppose I could look.
