Photo tags not imorted

    Hi,

    The tags do not get imported into the tags/keywords section of the picture in the nextgen gallery. After doing several tests, the field remains empty whatver the photo format is (webp or jpg)

    Hi @ailaina123456,

    Please let us know how you add the tags. Is that via an EXIF editor software, Lightroom or perhaps you import images from WP Media?

    Hello,

    It is via lighroom. The tags are input on the picture in lightroom and then the pictures are imported in the next gen gallery.
