Photo Redirect

I am trying to have it so that after they click the pop up it redirects them to a page. I have tried to do this in the html with a hyper link attached to the photo. When I did that it just attached the redirect url to the current url.

For example: I want the pop up to go to https://www.test.com/t1 when clicked on page https://www.test.com. Instead its redirecting to https://www.test.com/www.test.com/t1.

Love the popup, this is just the last thing I am trying to figure out!
