Photo opens zoomed

  • Hi,

    When I open an image, it initially starts in full screen, and I need to close it to access the size I want. Then, when I try to click on it with the magnifying glass to zoom, nothing happens.

    How can I make the image open at its normal size with the thumbnail, and ensure the magnifying glass works afterward?

    Thanks for reaching out,

    Upon checking, the gallery image appears to be normal size in the lightbox mode. If this helps, please refer to the screenshot here.

    Moreover, the Magnifying glass added for zooming the image works fine. It zooms the image into a larger one upon clicking on it!
