Photo not uploading error

Hi I’m getting a error when I try to add a photo review . Error below

Can’t add regular comment and photo comment.

How can I fix this?

This is a brand new site I’m working on.

I’m running my website on a platform called Wealthy Affiliate I’m thinking is there hosting. But not sure.

Please help I already deleted unused themes and plugins and tried different reviews plugins they all do the same error of /wp-comments-post.php.
