Photo ID Field link doesn’t work on Orders list page

  • We are using this plugin just fine, and have added a field that takes a Photo ID document, such as a *.docx. Within the Order itself we can download the document, and on the Orders dashboard screen (for the list of orders), we can see “1 File”.
    When you click on it you get text appearing showing the filename, but it’s not in fact a link to that document, but a link to open the Order.
    Can that be a link to open the document?

    We don’t normally support such a feature in our plugin. Could you please send us more details on how it was implemented?
