Photo Gallery shows wrong author

    Hello together,

    I have a problem with the author name in the Galleries on our website.

    We have a team of several authors that create photo galleries. However whenever any photo gallery is published it always shows the same (wrong) auther.

    The author that is shown once created the WordPress Blog but is no longer an active member of the team. So he shouldn’t appear on the gallery as the author.

    That is irritating and lead to misunderstandings.
    Is there any way to change the name of the author?

    Shouldn’t the person that creates the gallery be shown as the auther?

    Sorry for the belated response.

    The author is the logged-in admin for the WP site.

    The gallery author is the person who created galleries on the WP site.
    There is no option to change that.
