Photo gallery plug-in

  • Could someone please recommend a photo gallry plug-in that is business like and not gimmicky and flashy.

    I need to display c100 photos on my site and be able to split them into different categories.

    I have been trying all day without success to get the gallery feature already in WP when I downloaded it to work.

    Thank you – I will try your solution.

    Try as I might I cannot get edit the page attachments that are created within the gallery – just keep ending up with a tiny image in a page.

    Well it just gets worse – I didn’t find Next Gen easy to use at all; confusing tbh. Perhaps I am dumb or expecting too much but I can never find easy instructions to follow these things – lot’s of trial & error involved.

    Back to the built in gallery option.

    I can create the thumbnails but it is impossible to link to a custom target page.

    There are 2 default options – one links to an image (I don’t want that) and one links to a page; this I want but I just cannt find a way to edit it.

    My preference would be to create the gallery thumbnails and then link each to where I wanted.

    Any ideas please?
