Photo Gallery not displaying any more

    Hi,

    The Photo Gallery doesn’t display properly any more. It only displays Grey boxes in the gallery. You can, however, hover over the Grey boxes in the Gallery, which will display the description, but the image itself doesn’t display.

    If you click on the Grey box, it will display the image.

    Note: You will need to click on the “Gallery” tab to see the problem.

    Your help with this matter would be appreciated.

  • Yes I have exactly the same issue. This has happened this morning after the recent update to 1.5.66

    I have now rolled back to version 1.5.65, and everything is working well again.

    I’d recommend installing the previous version and wait for a correction to the current version.

    We are aware of the issue. The problem is being worked on.
    The upcoming updates will include all the necessary fixes.

    Just to advise, I still had the same problem when upgrading to Version 1.5.67.

    So again, I have rolled back to Version 1.5.65.

    If you need to look at my site to see the problem, we can work together and I’ll install the update so you can see for yourself.

    This is a reasonably busy production site, and this feature is important and needs to function correctly, so I cannot leave it with the failure for too long.

    Would you please update the gallery to the new version and use Health Check & Troubleshooting to check for the possible conflict?

    Hi,

    I have just tried to upgrade to version 1.5.69, but still has exactly the same problem.

    I have done some troubleshooting, and found that when another plugin I have is disabled – “Tabby Responsive Tabs”, Version: 1.2.3, Author: cubecolour, Last Updated: 4 months ago, the plugin will work again OK.

    There appears to be a conflict with this Plugin.

    Please advise course of action to get this resolved, and please unmark this support request as Resolved.
