Photo Galleries Not Opening

    I’m doing work on a coworkers website. I went to add a gallery to their album and now none of the galleries open. I’ve removed the gallery I added and it’s still not working. We are using NextGEN Version 2.0.66.29. I have disabled all plugins, cleared cashe and then just enabled NextGEN and still have the same issue.

    The issue is when we see the galleries on the site we can click on it, the website things about it and then just keeps us on the same page rather than opening the gallery. You can see the Photo Album at this link: https://www.mabl.org/news-events/photo-galleries/

    I’ve tried this in both IE and Chrome.

    @sandmannd – Is the “Link to page” option set for the album or any of the galleries in the album?

    I had it linked to Photo Gallery which is the page they were on. I had to give them each a new page. Not sure why it just lost all that for some reason but got it going. Thanks.

    Thought I had it resolved but now each gallery made a new page and they are taking up major space at the header. Need help. What should they be linked to??

    @sandmannd – None of the gallery pages are resolving at all … how did you “give them each a new page”?

    I am having similiar issues. One Album with two galleries displayed on a page. Each gallery is linked to its own page. However when thumbnail is clicked nothing happens.
    Please help

    I had just given then each their own page and made it private. I thought that fixed but I’m the only one who can see them. What should they be linked to? When I look at tutorial they don’t link them to anything.

    @sandmannd – If the pages are private then only you will see them. You will need to make them “public” for others to see those pages.

    Yep, I realized that. I got rid of the pages and set them up per the tutorial. Put them in an album and now when you click on them I get “no images were found”. Any thoughts.

    I got it to work. Turned out I had too many galleries in one album??? I split them up and it started working. Seems odd that you’re limited how many galleries you can put in an album without it telling you.

    @sandmannd – I’m glad to read you sorted this out, but there is no limit to the number of galleries you can have in an album.
