Photo Contest/Rating potential Improvements

Photo contest at our Club is held in such a way that the following functionality would be greatly appreciated.
Under Album Creation/edit:
Valid date of photo upload from yyyy-mm-dd to yyyy-mm-dd
Photo rating allowed from yyyy-mm-dd to yyyy-mm-dd
Doing so, would completely automate our photo contest process.
Even without this, I am planning to recommend this plugin to our photo club. Thanks for the great job.
