Photo album add in with accounts – read only, upload and edit, etc

  • My head is spinning after looking through pages of photo album add-ins for WordPress. I am looking for an add-in that will only let people with an account view photos, people with a different account can upload and caption, people with yet a different kind of account can upload and download and people with yet a different account can upload, download, delete, etc.

    I have read many pages but I am not sure if add-ins and WP can host such a complicated hierarchy of accounts. Any answer to this? Any help is appreciated.
