Phonenumber field blocks the form submit

    I have configured the plugin Smart Forms. I have used a phone number field together with a separate field for the area code (+32), After submitting the form it gives an error which says all the required fields are needed. The phone number field and the area code are red then. Please fill in test content in the form and you will see.

    It is in WordPress version 5.5.1
