    Hello Time Sports e.V.,

    This plugin is just the backend solution, with other words if you want it to work with PhoneGap, you need to check if there’s a plugin for PhoneGap.
    This Plugin is just for sending the message to a specific API-key, and register the devices.

    After a short search on Google I found this. Maybe it works for you

    But remember GCM is just for Android
