Phone orders payment method empty

What payment plugins do you use ?

cannot see the phone orders field

we are using Stripe plugin and the woocommerce standards.( COD – BANK TRANSFER )

i created custom capabilities for the store vendors to let them create phone orders.

i just dont see the plugin on their dashboard.
the capabilities for editorders and manage_phone_orders is clicked.

please, try capability “manage_woocommerce_phone_orders”

your support ticket system is not working. i cant submit a ticket. it says

Captcha verification failed, try again!

so i updated the plugin adn woocommerce to last update and the dropdown worked. the only problem is that i dont see it to my vendors dashobard. which capabilities do they have to check exactly ?
