Phone number on the email sent

Hi,
I added the phone on the form and it is displaying well.

[tel* your-phone] </p>However, after submitting the form, the email received did not display the phone number that was entered on the form.
This was inserted into the Mail Tab.
Phone: [your-phone]Is it correct on the Mail Tab ?
