Phone Number not showing in notification bar

    Hello,

    When I tried to use a phone number in my notification message, it would not show up if I used the format 123-456-7890 or (123) 456-7890 or 123.456.7890. The only way I could get it to show up was to add a second dash “-” like this: 123–456–7890. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hello @anneellis11,

    We took a look at your site and found out that our plugin works fine.

    The issue may be due to browser plugins interfering with the phone number.

    Helpful:

    Per the International Telecommunications Union (Standard E.123), phone numbers should use a space, not a hiphen, dot, nor em-dash, to separate numbers.

    So, for example, the right way to display phone numbers is:

    For National Dialing: (0607) 123 4567
    For International Dialing: +22 607 123 4567

    You can try the above alternate method to see if that fixes your issue.
