phone number not clickable

I am using “catch responsive” theme and have run into problems since doing updates. When viewing my website on a mobile device the phone number is highlighted but is not clickable (to make the call). It stated “this website has been blocked from automatically starting a call”. Please if someone has the answer let me know. Your help is greatly appreciated.
